The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work ("SOW") between you and Inspiral Studio. These Terms govern your use of our Site; any SOW governs the specific engagement.

The outputs, projections, and estimates generated by these tools do not constitute professional advice, financial guarantees, or commitments of any kind. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
